Welcome to VripBect Tour (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (www.vripbecttour.com) or booking any travel services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations.
• Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
• You must provide accurate personal details (full name, passport info, contact details) for bookings. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellation.

2. Payments & Pricing

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
• All prices are in [USD/AZN] and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional fees (e.g., visa processing, extra services) will be communicated before confirmation.
• Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Customer:

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/contact form).
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing:
  • 30+ days before departure: Full or partial refund (minus admin fees).
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • <14 days before departure: No refund (unless exceptional circumstances).
• Non-refundable bookings (e.g., flights, special events) will be clearly marked.

By VripBect Tour:

• We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics) or insufficient bookings.
• In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or alternative travel dates.

4. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Passports, visas, and vaccinations are the traveler’s responsibility. We may assist with visa processing (additional fees apply).
• Travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation, baggage) is strongly recommended. VripBect Tour is not liable for uncovered incidents.

5. Changes to Itineraries

• We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. Alternative arrangements will be provided.
• No compensation is given for minor changes (e.g., hotel swaps of equal standard).

6. Liabilities & Responsibilities

• VripBect Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, guides).
• We are not liable for:
  • Loss/delay of baggage, flights, or personal belongings.
  • Injuries, accidents, or illnesses during the trip.
  • Changes/cancellations by third-party providers.
• Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety guidelines.

7. Website Use & Privacy

• Users must not misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spamming, fraudulent bookings).
• Personal data is collected per our Privacy Policy (link).

8. Dispute Resolution

• Complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow on-the-spot resolution.
• Unresolved disputes will be handled under the laws of Azerbaijan.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failures caused by war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

10. Agreement

• By booking with VripBect Tour, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
